OOTD will accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of original ship date. All returns are for an OOTD store credit only. We offer exchanges for items at the same price and if the item is more than the exchanged price, the customer will be responsible for the remainder of the costs.
ALL merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags or it will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.
